Sometimes you need to know when....

Has there been a time in your life when you just wouldn't give up on something? Be it a relationship that wasn't working, a business idea that hasn't happened, a career that was physically killing you, or an unhealthy friendship? How do you know when to throw in the towel? Ive run myself into the ground and now I'm sick. They call it fibromyalgia, but it's like burning out. Why didn't I take a brake when I should have? Why did I drive myself so hard? What was I trying to prove? I truly can't answer these questions. If there anyone that's been where I'm at right now, I'd love to hear " what do I do now?" What did you do? How did you do it? & how did you know it was time to quit?

Coconut oil has many uses


Here are some things this wonderful, God given natural product can do:


1. Moisturizer: Coconut oil is the best moisturizer. Its rich in vitamin C which is a natural anti-oxidant,     meaning it scavenges free radicals that prematurely age skin. Rub a little bit between your hands. It will instantly become liquid & quickly absorb into your skin and nails.
2. Make up remover: Apply coconut oil all over your face then wipe it off with a soft towel. It’s the most effective make up removers I’ve ever used. ( including mascara ) 
3. Acne: Coconut oil has antibacterial properties which can help with acne break outs. You will have less tiny pimples on your face. 
4. Treating infections/bug bites/bruises: Coconut oil has Monolaurin, which is said to be good for fighting bug bites. It also has anti-fungal properties and many natural health websites say that it can help with scratches, bug bites, infections, and even to help alleviate bruises.
5. Body scrub: Add brown sugar to coconut oil for a body scrub. 
6. Leave-in conditioner: Coating your hair in coconut oil and letting it rest for 10-20 minutes will let follicles soak up as much moisture as possible. The result is shiny, thick, and very soft hair. Do rinse out all the greasy oil so your hair doesn't feel heavy. 
7. Shaving cream: keeps a jar in the shower and will use the oil to shave your legs. It's very nourishing, & the water will roll right off the oil so it keeps protecting your skin while you shave. 
8. Cooking oil:  Freeze it into ice cube trays to use in smoothies. It can also be used to replace butter.
9. Energy boost and health supplement: Many health blogs claim that coconut oil is also a natural energy boost that will also keep you full for longer. I truly rely on it as a part of my diet.
10. Wood/leather/metal polish: Just take a little bit of coconut oil, & rub into your table, scuffed leather goods, or any metal surface. Buff with a cloth to a shine. 
11. Pet care: Whether it’s for a dry nose, cracked paws, or coat conditioner, coconut oil is a natural product to use for conditioning your pets. It’s also safe for them to eat so you won’t worry if they lick it off (some pet owners even purposefully put in the food
